...the revised proposal focuses on the northwestern portion of the site, which includes commercial lands and the existing Mumford Transit Terminal. Key features of the proposal currently in review include:
- Removal of existing buildings on the northwestern portion of the site;
- Extension of Romans Avenue;
- New at-grade transit terminal integrated within a podium;
- 4 residential towers (up to 42 storeys) and 42 at-grade townhouse units;
- Proposed community space within a residential podium;
- Publicly accessible pedestrian pedway over Mumford Road;
- A mix of residential and commercial uses; and
- Approximately 1,386 new residential units.
