Breaking News - Revised Proposal PRIMARIS REIT

...the revised proposal focuses on the northwestern portion of the site, which includes commercial lands and the existing Mumford Transit Terminal. Key features of the proposal currently in review include:

  • Removal of existing buildings on the northwestern portion of the site;
  • Extension of Romans Avenue;
  • New at-grade transit terminal integrated within a podium;
  • 4 residential towers (up to 42 storeys) and 42 at-grade townhouse units;
  • Proposed community space within a residential podium;
  • Publicly accessible pedestrian pedway over Mumford Road;
  • A mix of residential and commercial uses; and
  • Approximately 1,386 new residential units.
